Delete your account

PaceMate is run by Vekgard Pty Ltd (ACN 702 938 547). You can delete your account at any time.

In the app

1. Open PaceMate and tap your photo at the top right of Home.

2. Tap Settings.

3. Under Delete account, type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.

If you cannot use the app

Email info@vekgard.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, your photos, your messages and comments, your memberships and the upcoming sessions you host are permanently removed. People who joined those sessions are told they are cancelled.

Past sessions you hosted stay for the people who went, shown as hosted by a former member, without your name or photo.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where we need them for safety or legal reasons. For example, a report about someone's behaviour, including a copy of the reported content, may be kept for up to two years. Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.
